Definition: Percentage of noninstitutionalized civilians aged 65 and over who have a learning, remembering, or concentrating disability

Notes: Mental disability is defined as having a physical, mental, or emotional condition lasting 6 months or more that has made it difficult to learn, remember, or concentrate.
